Ventana Ranch Real Estate Report for July 2011

This is all bad news for Ventana Ranch homeowners as the average sales price, days on market and average price per square foot continue to worsen.

If you need to sell in the near future now is the time. If you wait until the fall inventory will grow, sales will decrease and selling your Ventana Ranch House will be even more difficult.
