This is all bad news for Ventana Ranch homeowners as the average sales price, days on market and average price per square foot continue to worsen.

If you need to sell in the near future now is the time. If you wait until the fall inventory will grow, sales will decrease and selling your Ventana Ranch House will be even more difficult.

Distressed property sales continue to play a major role in the Ventana Ranch real estate market. Last month 43% of home sales in Ventana Ranch were distressed property sales (foreclosures or short sales).

Ventana Ranch real estate sales continued to be slow in June 2011. Home prices have continued to drop and continued foreclosure activity is impacting the local real estate market significantly.

Once again, foreclosure sales and short sales made up more than half of last month’s closed home sales in Ventana Ranch.

Here is my Ventana Ranch real estate report for the month of May 2011. Home prices have continued to drop last month with continued foreclosure activity impacting the local real estate market in Ventana Ranch greatly.
